By scheduling or participating in services with Alex Negrete LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
We offer holistic hypnosis services intended to support wellness, self-exploration, and personal growth. While these services can be deeply therapeutic in nature, they are not medical or psychological treatment and should not be considered a substitute for therapy, counseling, or any licensed healthcare.
Hypnosis is provided solely as a complementary wellness modality. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
2. Practitioner Disclaimer
Alex Negrete is a certified hypnosis practitioner, trained in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) through the official QHHT Academy founded by Dolores Cannon. He is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical doctor.
All services are intended to support personal insight, emotional wellness, and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care. If you have physical or psychological concerns, you should consult with a licensed healthcare professional.
3. Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential and your personal identity will always be protected. Alex Negrete LLC is not a licensed medical or mental health provider and therefore not bound by HIPAA. However, we uphold a high standard of privacy and discretion.
Information shared in sessions will never be disclosed publicly in a way that reveals your identity. Content from sessions may be referenced in educational programs, books, social media, and other forms of media or training, but always in an anonymized and respectful manner, with all identifying details removed or altered.
In rare cases, if there is a clear and immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or others, we reserve the right to act to ensure safety, in accordance with local laws.
4. Fees & Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. Pricing for individual sessions, packages, or programs is subject to change and may vary based on the service. Current rates are listed on our website and apply at the time of scheduling.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or forfeiture of your appointment.
5. Payment, Cancellation, Refund & Redemption Policy
Booking & Payment
• A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to reserve your session date.
• The remaining 50% is due by the day of your session, before we begin.
• You’re welcome to pay in full upfront if you prefer.
• If the deposit is not received in time, your session date may be released to others.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• All bookings include a 50% non-refundable deposit.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice.
• Cancellations within 7 days of your session, or no-shows, may result in forfeiting the full session fee.
• One reschedule is allowed per client. Additional changes are not guaranteed and may require a new booking or additional fee.
• If something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We aim to be understanding whenever possible.
Refund Policy
• All payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits, remaining balances, and full payments.
• By booking, you acknowledge that hypnosis is a time-based service and that our time together is reserved specifically for you.
6. Client Responsibility
Your results depend on your willingness to show up, stay present, and engage honestly in the process. This work is collaborative — I guide, but you do the inner work. The more open, curious, and committed you are, the more powerful your results will be.
7. Informed Consent
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
• You understand hypnosis is a collaborative, voluntary process.
• You are aware that outcomes vary and no specific results are guaranteed.
• You are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate in deep personal work.
• You consent to being guided through trance or regression processes to explore your subconscious mind.
8. Recordkeeping
We maintain secure notes and records for all clients. These are accessible only to Alex Negrete and trusted team members where applicable. You may request access to your records at any time.
9. Legal Release & Waiver
You agree to:
• Assume all responsibility for your personal outcomes.
• Release Alex Negrete LLC from liability for any physical, emotional, or psychological discomfort resulting from your session.
• Hold Alex Negrete LLC harmless from any claims or disputes related to your participation.

You agree to:

11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. By using our services, you agree to the following:
• Information Collection: We collect only the information you voluntarily provide, such as intake form responses, session notes, contact details, and email communication.
• Use of Information: Your information is used to deliver services, maintain records, and improve the quality of care. We may also use anonymized insights from sessions (with all identifying details removed) in educational, training, or marketing contexts.
• Confidentiality: All session details and personal data are treated as confidential. We never share or sell your personal information. The only exception is if disclosure is required by law or to prevent serious harm.
• Security: All records are stored securely and accessible only to Alex Negrete and select team members under confidentiality agreement.
• Third-Party Tools: We may use secure third-party tools (e.g., scheduling software, email platforms) to deliver services. These platforms are required to follow privacy and data protection standards.
• Your Rights: You may request access to your records, correct any personal information, or request that we delete your data at any time, unless required to retain it for administrative or legal reasons.
